Barre on the Bridge
There’s no barre quite like this one. Set on one of Rome’s most striking pedestrian bridges, this class conducted in English combines the sculpting power of barre with an open-air energy that a studio simply can’t replicate. Expect a full-body burn, a killer view, and that rare feeling of being completely alive in your city. Come for the workout, stay for the moment.
All levels welcome. Just bring yourself, a mat, and if you have them, light weights, and a Pilates ball to optimize your experience.

We follow a formula- we warm up safely with joint-protecting cardio to get your heart rate up. Then we follow a sequence of strengthening and stretching each muscle group, and then we finish with a cool-down and centering. We move the whole class, AND we enjoy the sun and fresh air!
