About Embody

em·bod·y

/əmˈbädē/ verb 1. to be an expression of or give a tangible or visible form to an idea, quality, or feeling.

Embody Online is an online space for barre and yoga. A space to gather, in your home, so you can tune into your body, reconnect, and work up a good sweat! Together, we shed what no longer serves to make room for what inspires.

Welcome to Embody. I am so glad you are here.

She currently resides in Rome, Italy, with her family, teaching barre online and vinyasa yoga at John Cabot University.

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening, that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost. It is your sole responsibility to keep the channel open.”
